  • Outstanding Tire Replacement Service

    At Club 6544, the Service Manager for Tire & Battery, did an outstanding job in resolving an inventory misclassification of the tires I purchased. He noticed right away the markings on one of the tires did not match the sticker label that was attached to the tire. He took immediate action with inventory control, and had a replacement tire sent the next workday from another site. He personally changed out my old tires the next day, and ensured that I was happy with the results.   • Exceptionally unsatisfactory service at Customer Service Desk

    Exceptionally dissatisfied with Customer Service on 3 Dec. Waited over an hour for service with 2 customers ahead of us. Service agent at desk was either incompetent, very poorly trained, or not given authority needed to complete transactions. Continually called for mgt assistance. Agent who came to assist was lethargic (no sense of urgency to assist svc agent or help customer).   • Sam's in LRA is the worst sam's club we have found.

    We travel the country and visit Sam's clubs regularly in every locale. In Little Rock, we have the least satisfaction, where only the Pharmacy and Optical can we depend for excellent service. The items we request disappear, and a basic, Land of Lakes, half and half disappeared months ago, but the heavy cream is still there. The entrance is dirty, and trash is left in the carts.     Sam's Club is owned and operated by Walmart. Walmart accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, as do the vast majority of retail/wholesale chains located throughout the U.S. BUT NOT SAM'S CLUB!!! Sam,s Club accepts the Visa credit card at its gas station only, but not inside the store! Visa debit cards are,however,accepted inside the store and at the gas pumps.     Recently relocated to Surprise, AZ from Flagstaff, AZ. My Sams store now is #4955 located at 16573 W. Bell Rd. They do not stock OREGON TRAIL RAISIN CINNAMON bread. However, store # 67308 in Phoenix, AZ and store #4732 in Glendale, AZ both stock this product. As well, the store in Flagstaff, AZ stocks this product.     The photo department incident was handled very poor customer service. We ordered a blanket on 9/14/14. According to the SAMs Club employee, it will be ready in 2 weeks. 2 weeks Past, called and several attempts to pick Them up, per SAMs club, not ready yet.     I would like to praise the work that Amber and Amie are doing at the Sam's Club Store in West Knoxville. I recently lost my Discover Card and called in to get another one. I was told that Sam's no longer was using Discover and I would need to apply for a Sam's MasterCard. I did this, but I never received the card.     The Sam's Club located in Salina, KS at 2919 Market Place has the worst customer service compared to the many Sam's Clubs I have shopped at. The tobacco counter is just there for looks, because no one is ever working the counter and you have to go find someone, so they can call someone to come work the counter.     My car broke down near the Sam's Club parking lot. I walked over to the Sam's Club only to find Danilo Moore working in the Tire Center. I explained to him that my car battery was dead and my family was in the car, I asked if there was anything he could do for me.     My local Sams club in Roseville, Ca got new self check lines. I was there shopping and went to check out and only had 3 items. One of those was a case of beer so I could not use the self check line. So they only had one other line open for flats and it was full with four other customers waiting with full carts.     We have been members in the past. We now live at West Shores Senior Living community. Three meals a day are part of the program. However there are times we have a need for some items. Mostly dried fruit. Would you consider a Super Senior membership at a reduces rate? This could have a minimum age of 70 or 80 and a limit on the amount of purchases a month. I input my credit card information and the billing address was declined.
