    A while back we were able to by cracker by the name of Austin and since they have been changed to Lanse.   • Exceptionally unsatisfactory service at Customer Service Desk



    Exceptionally dissatisfied with Customer Service on 3 Dec. Waited over an hour for service with 2 customers ahead of us. Service agent at desk was either incompetent, very poorly trained, or not given authority needed to complete transactions. Continually called for mgt assistance. Agent who came to assist was lethargic (no sense of urgency to assist svc agent or help customer).   • Sam's in LRA is the worst sam's club we have found.



    We travel the country and visit Sam's clubs regularly in every locale. In Little Rock, we have the least satisfaction, where only the Pharmacy and Optical can we depend for excellent service. The items we request disappear, and a basic, Land of Lakes, half and half disappeared months ago, but the heavy cream is still there. The entrance is dirty, and trash is left in the carts.     Hi I am from Waterloo Iowa, I have a used Car lot and I use to buy a lot of automotive supplies there. I was at Sam's Club yesterday and they no longer carry Anti-Freeze. They also no longer carry some brands of oil. I use to buy my Floor dry there and they no longer carry that either.     Sam's Club is owned and operated by Walmart. Walmart accepts Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, as do the vast majority of retail/wholesale chains located throughout the U.S. BUT NOT SAM'S CLUB!!! Sam,s Club accepts the Visa credit card at its gas station only, but not inside the store! Visa debit cards are,however,accepted inside the store and at the gas pumps.     I shopped store #4985 in Springfield, Missouri yesterday...left disappointed and won't be returning to that particular store. On my shopping list was Simply Right Krill Oil...listed in the sale booklet, however, out of stock...only the item sign was there. Also, Reddi Whip...listed in the sale booklet.     Recently relocated to Surprise, AZ from Flagstaff, AZ. My Sams store now is #4955 located at 16573 W. Bell Rd. They do not stock OREGON TRAIL RAISIN CINNAMON bread. However, store # 67308 in Phoenix, AZ and store #4732 in Glendale, AZ both stock this product. As well, the store in Flagstaff, AZ stocks this product.     The Sam's Club located in Salina, KS at 2919 Market Place has the worst customer service compared to the many Sam's Clubs I have shopped at. The tobacco counter is just there for looks, because no one is ever working the counter and you have to go find someone, so they can call someone to come work the counter. Basically you are waiting on them and the clerks or green vests are never in a hurry to help out. These employees fail to see the value in the customers time or grasp the concept of customer service.   • Self check lines at Sams club



    My local Sams club in Roseville, Ca got new self check lines. I was there shopping and went to check out and only had 3 items. One of those was a case of beer so I could not use the self check line. So they only had one other line open for flats and it was full with four other customers waiting with full carts. I asked if management could open another line. They said they could not as the self check lines require a person to be there at all times.     Black Friday 11/25 at 16.55 pm I was at Duluth store. I was so excited to buy a crock pot but was mistreated by the CSR. She scanned the product and very rudely said that I have to pay $29.98 instead of the sale price on the newspaper.     I was working with my business partner who had the Sam's Club membership and I ordered a pop-up canopy for our outdoor expos. I input my credit card information and the billing address was declined. I called the national call center and they told me it was because their online ordering system only uses the first five digits of the zip code, and NOT the zip + 4.     I ordered two Dell mini notebooks for my kids from samsclub.com for Christmas, and the whole experience was horrible. First, I placed the order on December 8 with samsclub.com. I received an order confirmation for both laptops showing that Sam’s had charged me for both laptops.
