Lost Sam's Club Card - Nestle Pure Life Splash Case
I would like to praise the work that Amber and Amie are doing at the Sam's Club Store in West Knoxville. I recently lost my Discover Card and called in to get another one. I was told that Sam's no longer was using Discover and I would need to apply for a Sam's MasterCard.
I did this, but I never received the card. After much frustration, I went to the Sam's Club Store at 8435 Walbrook Dr., Store # 8256. It was there that I met Amber who was so pleasant and sincere. She made a few phone calls and got the matter fixed. She was so understanding and made a frustrating experience disappear. She has a warm smile and the world needs more people like Amber.
Amie, who works at the same store where Amber works helped me get a strong man to load the cases of drinks into my truck. She knew that I was disabled and before I could ask her for some help, she already had someone ready to load those heavy drink cases into my truck. It seems like we are blessed here at the West Knoxville Sam's Club because of the wonderful people that work here.
