Great & Honest Service
Hello to all potential renewal Sam club members
My wife & I are Sams Club member about to expire in December 2016. We were on the fence about rejoining just because of the fee and undecided if it was worth it for another year.
Are most recent experience when were shopping is we purchased a dual shower head $49.95.
I mistakenly left the shower head in shopping cart while loading it in the cart near closing . I called the store in Mechanicsburg Pa and got the Mgr on Duty (Heather). She was so nice on the phone and even went out to the parking lot and inside cart bin to see if it was still in the cart. No Luck!
Heather indicated that she would review with the staff and other means to see if it turns up the next day (during a large pre Black Friday Sale). I received a call later the next day by Amanda to let me know they located it and was ready for pick up the next day.
I went back the store and picked up the missing item and RENEWED my membership without hesitation.
Thank you for the Great Service and honesty that your person retrieving the carts must have turned it in.
