The photo department incident was handled very poor customer service. We ordered a blanket on 9/14/14. According to the SAMs Club employee, it will be ready in 2 weeks. 2 weeks
Past, called and several attempts to pick
Them up, per SAMs club, not ready yet. This blanket is suppose to be a gift for wedding anniversary. Finally, after 3 weeks, they gave us a number to call. So we called. According
To the rep, no order under our name. The only thing that was said was, it was dropped.
I was furious and spoke to the manager. According to the manager they ain't have any control about the order. It's FUJI. Not a good customer service. Not a good system. If we were told to call the company from the very beginning for follow up.... That would be a better system.
We were waiting patiently for Nothing. Extremely bad customer service. We told all our family and friends about this incident. It's very hard for us to renew the membership again for next year. Very poor customer service.
