Outstanding Tire Replacement Service
At Club 6544, the Service Manager for Tire & Battery, did an outstanding job in resolving an inventory misclassification of the tires I purchased. He noticed right away the markings on one of the tires did not match the sticker label that was attached to the tire. He took immediate action with inventory control, and had a replacement tire sent the next workday from another site. He personally changed out my old tires the next day, and ensured that I was happy with the results. I do not think in this busy environment that many other people would of took the extra steps to make their customers happy that they shopped at Sams Club for their tires. Great job.
