The Sam's Club located in Salina, KS at 2919 Market Place has the worst customer service compared to the many Sam's Clubs I have shopped at. The tobacco counter is just there for looks, because no one is ever working the counter and you have to go find someone, so they can call someone to come work the counter. Basically you are waiting on them and the clerks or green vests are never in a hurry to help out. These employees fail to see the value in the customers time or grasp the concept of customer service. The check out lines have to be the worst! They have like 20 people working and only 3 check out lines open???
