Columbus, OH Sam's Club 6307

We wanted to give a huge thank you and recognize Chuck H. From the Columbus, OH Morse Road Sam's Club 6307. On the weekend of November 15/16, 2014 we purchased two new iPhones for holiday gifts. The problem was we did not want to activate the phones so we could keep them as a surprise a month later. Chuck H. Was very patient and helpful and worked with our cell phone provider to purchase the phones and keep them a secret from our unsuspecting kids. It was Chuck H's idea to come up with the way to purchase the phones and take them home while keeping the existing phones active. We have never received such great customer service as what Chuck H. Did for us. Please recognize him for his much appreciative assistance.
