Exceptionally unsatisfactory service at Customer Service Desk


Exceptionally dissatisfied with Customer Service on 3 Dec. Waited over an hour for service with 2 customers ahead of us. Service agent at desk was either incompetent, very poorly trained, or not given authority needed to complete transactions. Continually called for mgt assistance. Agent who came to assist was lethargic (no sense of urgency to assist svc agent or help customer). After an hour, another customer approached the Desk with another svc agent moving in to provide immediate assistance WITHOUT even attempting to assist those of us waiting in line. When apparently more senior mgt (John) arrived, he resolved the situation by assigning another svc agent to assist. Shouldn%u2019t have taken several irate customers an hour to energize Sam%u2019s mgt/svc agents to address long lines of customers awaiting service. Lines alone should have triggered immediate mgt response to assign addtl svc agents. Acknowledge holiday season when patronage increases. That should have been anticipated.
